Our offices are located on the Third Floor of the Sky Bank Building, at 14 North Mercer Street, in the heart of New Castle, PA. If you are traveling on East Washington Street (the main street of New Castle), you will want to turn north on Mill Street (at the National City Bank Building). If you turn left at the next intersection (North Street), go another block and turn left again, you will see the entrance to the City's parking garage ( the most convenient place to park when visiting our office) on your left. The Sky Bank Building is the next building south (towards East Washington Street). For those unfamiliar with New Castle, we have provided maps which may be accessed through the links below.
