BALPH, NICOLLS, MITSOS, FLANNERY & CLARK is a full-service law firm serving the needs of Lawrence County, Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. Our attorneys and highly-trained support staff provide services to a wide variety of clientele in nearly all types of legal matters. The experience level of the Firm’s attorneys ranges from 10 to over 50 years of legal experience. Tracing its history to 1920, the firm has grown by emphasizing in-depth knowledge and experience gained from having its attorneys concentrate their individual efforts within selected areas of the law. In so doing, the full range of legal issues are covered and each attorney has a greater depth and capability in their respective areas of concentration.
